How to Reset Tesla Air Suspension Module 1033174-01-F with CG70
Overview:
This guide explains how to reset or repair the Tesla Air Suspension Control Module (part number
1033174-01-F) using the
CG70 Airbag Reset Tool via
CAN mode.
Applicable Model:
Tesla Model X (2016–2020)
Step 1: Understanding the Module
Like the airbag module, the air suspension control module enters a
protective state after a collision, storing
crash data internally.
It
cannot be reused until the crash data is properly cleared.
Step 2: Select the Module
On the CG70 device, navigate to:
Tesla → 1033174-01-F (Air Suspension Control Unit)
Step 3: Check Wiring Diagram
Review the wiring connection diagram on the screen.
Step 4: Connect the Wires
Use 4 connections:
CAN L
CAN H
GND
12V



Step 5: Read Module Data
Click
Read Data — the device will show that
crash data is stored.
Step 6: One-Click Repair
Select
One-Click Repair to start the reset process.
The
CG70 will erase the stored crash data.
Step 7: Process Complete
Once the process finishes, the device will display:
"Erase crash data successfully."
Your Tesla Air Suspension Control Module is now fully reset and ready for reuse.
