How to Fix CGDI CG100X Erase Fail or Chip Not Locked Errors

Customer Problem:

The CGDI CG100X cannot program the processor, and writing operations fail.

The HU6 unit displays a black screen and is currently non-functional.

The data can be read successfully every time, but writing operations are unsuccessful.

Memory sectors #20000 to #20BB0 are blank.




Solution:

Replace the CPU and rewrite the original data to restore the unit to working condition.
