How to Change the Server Connection Area for CG100?

Hello CG100 users,

Recently, many customers have encountered an issue when opening the CG100 software: even though the Device Service End Date is not expired, the software still prompts for an update payment (as shown in the picture below).



If you experience this problem, please follow these steps to resolve it:

1. Open the software.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select Server Connection.
4. Choose the servers one by one.

For example:

First, choose Mainland China, and then restart the software.
If the China server does not work, try selecting the Asia Pacific, Americas, Europe, or Middle East servers, one by one.
Note: Each time you switch servers, you need to restart the software.



Following these steps should resolve the issue.
