How to activate brand new CG100 tool?

Hello CG customers, we've noticed that some new CG100 users are having trouble activating their tool. Some have forgotten their password, while others can't type the '@' symbol when entering their email address. Today, We'll walk you through the activation process. We hope this guide helps!

Step 1:
Download and install the latest CG100 software.
(Contact us to get the download link.)

Step 2:
Connect your CG100 tool and open the software. You'll see a message prompting you to activate the tool. Click "OK."





Step 3:
If you already have an account with CGMB, CGDI, or CGPRO, simply log in. If not, select "No account? Create one!" to register a new account.




 

• Tip 1: It's a good idea to type your information (username, password, etc.) into a text file first, then copy and paste it into the CG100 software during registration.
• Tip 2: Use a simple username and password that’s easy to remember

Step 4:
After filling in your details, click "Submit." Your account will be created successfully.

Step 5:
Log in with your new username and password. The tool will be activated.



Step 6:
If you don't receive the verification code by phone or email, try changing the server connection area and try again.
