The CG100X supports this airbag ECU by allowing read and write functions. However, crash data must be manually edited before writing the modified file back to the SRS module to complete the reset.

Here’s how to read and write the Mercedes Sprinter W907 airbag ECU using the CG100X programmer.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Launch CG100X Software:

Go to the Programmer function.

Search and select R7F701064 MCU.



2. Wiring:

Refer to the wiring diagram provided in the software.

Connect the CG100X to the airbag module using the Pro V2 adapter.




Make sure to connect a 12V power supply to the CG100X.

3. Data Backup:

Read and save the following data files:

D-FLASH



P-FLASH



OPBT0



BOOT

4. Crash Data Reset:

Modify the D-FLASH (SRS EEPROM) using a third-party tool or service.

Write the modified D-FLASH back to the airbag ECU.





Result:

Airbag module successfully reset and crash data reseted.
